How long can I get my parcels
We aim to send out parcels within 3 working days from our warehouse. Sending by DHL/Fedex is our first option, which will be the quickest delivery option.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a dispatch confirmation, including a tracking code, when your order leaves our warehouse.
What do I do if I receive an order with a broken or missing product?
Should your items arrive damaged, please follow the returns instructions found on our website, and return to us in the original packaging. Alternatively you may contact us – after-sale, who will arrange a replacement for you.
